Toggle Remote Assistance on Network Detective Appliance

Toggle Remote Assistance on your Rapidfire Tools appliance.

1. Download the Appliance Diagnostic Tool from
Note: You must run it on a machine on the same subnet as the Appliance.

2. When the tool detects the Appliance double click the appliance icon to bring up a list of available commands.

3. Select the option to “Toggle Remote Assistance Status”. This will give Rapidfire Tools Support access to the device for additional troubleshooting.
